I had a GREAT experience working Michael at MSF. He was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly and efficiently replaced three hardwired smoke alarms. He was also very flexible and responsive when scheduling, which I really appreciated as I was juggling a few schedules to make a time work.
