I had a great experience with New Age Electrical. They responded very quickly and were able to come out the same day within just a couple of hours. The chandelier I needed repaired was too heavy for the plastic electrical box that had been supporting it, so the technician replaced it with a proper metal box. I really appreciated him identifying and correcting the safety issue, as the chandelier could have fallen and seriously injured someone. He was professional, pleasant, worked efficiently, cleaned up afterward, and worked with me on the price. I would definitely recommend New Age Electrical! I’ve included before and after photos

So they ae awesome I had Michael & Ricky for 8 hours the first day and a few more this morning to finish 2 more things they are super nice and did an awesome job on my repairs from some we can him a jerk and con artist who messed up a lot of my electic this past year but they found all the crap he did and foxed it ALL AND their BOss DUKA IS AWESOME TOO WE SPOKeE on the phone and texted very good owner so if you need someone good and not overly expensive call NEE AGEr

Every job is different. In this industry it is difficult to give a price from a description. I take time to learn about your project and give you a fair price. I have no hidden fees and I will stick to my quoted price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take time to learn exactly what you want. I will give you a few recommendations to help you make a decision. I will then price the job after assessing material availability. Once I give a price that you accept we can schedule the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After working for a large company for over 15 years, I gained the experience needed to start my own company. I love working for myself and seeing a project from start to finish.
