Lance of Niem's firm did a terrific job in resolving the issue in connection with smoke detectors going off too easily! I needed some outlets checked and wiring checked for an exterior and interior light. Niem was professional and got right to work. It turned out I needed entirely new fixtures for 2 of the lights. I had a security light I was planning to put in but asked Niem if he would be willing to do that. Not only did he do the unplanned work but he waited for me to run to Home Depot to get the new fixtures and then installed them all beautifully as well. Excellent job. Excellent human. Would absolutely recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is not the same, it’s very hard to give a quote by description. I take time out and travel to customers home, and from there we know exactly what’s going and can give our customers a more accurate quote. Fair pricing and always stick to quoted price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a day and time to travel to customer home, and see what project they have going on. This is for a more accurate quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have ten years of hands on and book experience, and I'm licensed and insured.
