- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is not the same, it’s very hard to give a quote by description. I take time out and travel to customers home, and from there we know exactly what’s going and can give our customers a more accurate quote. Fair pricing and always stick to quoted price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a day and time to travel to customer home, and see what project they have going on. This is for a more accurate quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have ten years of hands on and book experience, and I'm licensed and insured.
