I had some minor electrical issues (busted outlet, light switch, etc..) and wanted to get it done quickly. Protech reached out to me within a few minutes of my request on TT and scheduled a time that worked nicely for me. Malvin came over, poked around the house a few times and resolved both issues. He also caught a potential fire hazard outlet and fixed it. Overall I am impressed with Protech/Malvin and would highly recommend them.

The Tech was amazing. First he listened to what my concerns were. He then focused on repairs I requested and completed all promptly and neatly. Working with Protech was great! They were attentive, responsive and answered every question that I had. Also, they provided recommendations on things I was unclear on and weren't pushy regarding what direction I should go. Also, a week after they completed the work, one of my outlets began to act funny again and they came out the same day to fix the problem without any fuss or hassle and sent a follow-up to make sure everything was still working correctly. If I have any more electrical concerns, I will definitely be reaching out to them again.

We are licensed and fully insured. Our technicians are certified electricians from Pennco Tech. We pride ourselves in 10+ years of electrical work!
