- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price each job according to time, gear, and travel. I work with each of my clients budgets and always find a price that fits. The estimate on Thumbtack is a start and we work on the details and timing and the price increases or sometimes decreases depending on your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After one or two thumbtack messages I set up a call via text. I like to video chat and develop a rapport, talk through your needs, and provide answers to every question you may have. I also provide a contract and booking website.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained in wedding and event photography as well as a Masters in counseling that brings a great warming presence to my work as a photographer. I also went through studio and portrait training to maintain a better presence for couples and clients who aren't used to posing or in front of a camera.
