- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Think of me (the founder- Erica) as you style hype girl, and the Styell'd Co. as your one-stop shop for making personal style affordable, accessible, and wait for it... fun! That being said, it's TSC's goal to make these services just that... accessible, which means clients are stressing over cost. By offering competitive pricing that vary per service, and extending current new clients seasonal promos and referral credits, The Styell'd Co. should be able to work with any client's budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Since us working together is a partnership, I (the founder-Erica) love to kick off said partnership with a FREE, 15 minute discovery call with a potential or confirmed client. During our call, I get a clear understanding of your style goals, and we make a game plan on how best to serve those goals. From there, we agree on the needed services, full-disclosure costs, and get to scheduling our time together!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The fact of the matter is, style takes more than finding a pair of jeans that fits right (although a well-fit pair of jeans is SO rewarding). When you look good, you feel good, but many people do not naturally know the “correct” way to put together an outfit, leaving them at risk of not feeling 100% in their own skin. With 12 years of industry experience, I can say first-hand that styling can get expensive, making people feel like there are no affordable, attainable solutions to their fashion woes. Well, that right there my friend, is why I founded The Styell’d Co.
