Solomon was very responsive and came to look at my threadmill which my handyman told me was beyond fixing. So before I tossed it, I looked for a local repair service, found Solomon who came over that same day, tested the socket and found it was the culprit, offered to go get a new electrical outlet, installed it and checked everything before leaving! Total joy to work with! Saved me the angst of finding a new treadmill and goingn through hoops to get it upstairs and getting rid of the old one! I am a very happy customer and would work with hi again for sure!
