I contacted ThumbTack because my treadmill needed a belt. Solomon responded promptly and sent a link to the exact part I needed for my model. We scheduled a timely appointment and he showed up and fixed it. He was knowledgeable and explained what he was doing. Turns out I needed rollers too, which he assisted in helping me get as well. He did the same for next visit.
