I would give Angela Merritt (5) stars! I've had several occasions where I worked with Angela; funeral , anniversary and wedding. On all occasions, Angela's work was exceptional! What sets her work apart from other florist is the fact that she takes that extra time to get to know her clients and then puts that extra touch to make sure that her floral arrangements makes for an exquisite event! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not so much standard due to the fact that each client has different ideas. I help to creat their day so a cookie cutter price would not really allow for that. Even with that being said I'm still very reasonable price freelance florist:-) check me out! You'll see.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to meet face to face to get to know the potential client. At that moment we can begain to create a memorable day. And the foundation of trust begins to take shape.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, once a year my team and I enroll in a continuing education course to keep up with the latest styles and trends. It's has been very helpful.
