My home furnace abruptly stopped working a couple days before a big snowstorm was expected to hit the city. After first working with a large, regional provider for repairs I contacted Lumen for a second opinion. Mark walked me through my options for repairs as well as a replacement for the furnace itself. His quote for a replacement was half the price that the other company had offered. He and his team were here the next morning and a few hours later I had a new furnace for a great price. I highly recommend Lumen and I'll be going back to Mark for any future HVAC needs.
