James was hired to assemble my slaystation. He got stuck and just got up and left. Before he left he told me that a screw was not the correct size and that I need to call the company. He said good luck and left. I made contact with another furniture pro on Thumbtack and he came out and put my slaystation together with no problem. He even took it upstairs for me. There was nothing wrong with the screw. The station needed to be adjusted for the screw to fit correctly. I would not recommend James for assembling furniture because he might not complete the job if he gets frustrated.
