Installed new basement floor, touched up cement walls and painted basement walls.
Painted outside garage overhead door, and all iron railings. Good job. Highly recommended!

Carpentry and structural repairs, 6 window installation, 15 stair baluster installation to existing stair-railing from 1st floor to 3rd, load bearing wall brick masonry repair. Modified 7 doors to fit future install of new hardwood floor. Installed wrought iron security door.

The renovation of 6 apartments in a converted twin from 1910. They work very well with newer techniques and materials but were not as sensitive to the construction and details of an older building. With some coaching and experience they could easily overcome this issue. They were very prompt honest and did what they said they would do. I would definitely hire them again.
