My mom came to me with a bit of a crisis, due to her bathroom having become completely unsafe because of a leak, which caused the entire floor and floor joists to become rotted. After numerous estimates from various contractors we learned that there was even bigger issues with plumbing/pipes. My family and I eventually used thumbtack and reached out to a few contractors one being Livingston brothers LLC. Within an hr Rich from Livingston brothers contacted me. Rich was very professional, confident, and easy going helping eliminate the stress from our situation. Rich then came out the next day or day after and assessed the situation. By that night Rich had a quote well below any other contractor. Rich and his team were able to start that week and within a week my mothers dilapidated bathroom was brand new.
