Introduction: We provide the largest MMA training facility in the Philadelphia area. We specialize in MMA, muay Thai, boxing and Brazilian jiu jitsu. For those who just want to get in shape, lose weight and look great, we have a cardio and heavy bag class, which burns 800-1000 calories in one hour. For personals, we focus on conditioning, drilling to perfect technique and a lot of pad work.

Tuan puts together a tough workout, which is what I want and need. About 30 minutes of cardio, strength training & abs then on to pad work for 45+ minutes. The pad work is aggressive as he pushes me to get long combinations, and the kick work is great for my abs. One of the best trainers I've ever seen in over 30 years of going to gyms.

Anyone would be hard-pressed to find a better instructor than Tuan. He delivers patient, highly technical instruction and has the physical attributes and fight experience to push you as far as you want to go. While some teachers focus primarily on earning money and secondarily on maximizing pride and ego, Tuan puts his energy into providing value to his students. Perhaps most importantly, he legitimately loves to train those who want to learn. I couldn't recommend anyone else more highly. Do yourself a favor: schedule a lesson, and prepare to be hooked.
