I have been working with Sarah for 6 months and she has been incredible. My favorite thing about working with her is that she really approaches fitness and well being as a lifestyle change and something that requires attention to all facets of our lives-- nutrition, physical movement, mental health, etc. I feel so strongly that it is impossible to make successful and sustaining changes without addressing issues in all of these areas and she really focuses on this holistic method. She is always so quick to respond to me any day or time and she makes workouts and nutritional advice specific to individual needs. Every week I'm excited to talk with her about the things I'm proud of and the challenges I'm facing, both related to our work together and not. I highly recommend her to anyone!!

I love working with Sarah! She has helped me to get stronger physically AND mentally and my time with her feels like an investment in my health. I can’t recommend her services highly enough, if you want to take steps toward personal growth and physical health she is a kind, thoughtful, productive and challenging trainer/nutritionist/life coach all in one.

When I first started working with Sarah, I wanted to lose weight and I knew she could help me achieve that goal. What I didn’t know was that she would become my nutrition coach, my sounding board for my anxiety and my friend. Her certifications in nutrition, degree in mental health counseling and physical training was the perfect trifecta in becoming my best self, mentally and physically. I recommend Sarah for all women who aspire to be a better version of themselves. She will not disappoint.

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Investing in your health and well-being is the best investment you can ever make. I have many pricing and package options available for a variety of budgets, as well as many free resources available on my website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I offer all prospective clients a free 30 minute consultation in order to determine whether we are a good fit for each other. If a client isn't a good fit for me, I will refer her to an appropriate practitioner that I know and trust. If the client and I are a good fit for each other, we will schedule an assessment session, which sets the baseline from which we will measure progress throughout the coaching relationship. After the assessment, a client's program will be designed specifically for her needs and goals and our sessions will vary in content and structure depending on those needs and goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?M.S. Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Villanova University CPT (Certified Personal Trainer), National Academy of Sports Medicine FNS (Fitness Nutrition Specialist), American Council on Exercise
