Hired on Thumbtack
Hired to clean my house a day before my son’s graduation party. They set up the day and time Friday 3pm..I’m waiting around after working all day-3:20 I get a message, that they cannot come.
The party is Saturday and now less than 24 hours before the party on a Friday afternoon they cancel. Leaving me no time to find someone else and really screwed me over. Unprofessional is an understatement.
