Jazmin did such an amazing job cleaning my 2 bedroom apartment. Her professionalism and attention to detail exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend and will be scheduling another cleaning in the future!

Unfortunately, she made it last minute change. We planned, everything, she informed that she could make it, but two hour delay. We are moving out this a new house, cleaning must be done before we move and also cant be present two different location. She informed us two minutes prior agreed time. It is not professional approach. Not recommend at all.

Unfortunately, the location was two hours out from where we are located. However the customer did aim to change the time multiple times and we were very communicative . We unfortunately couldn’t do anything about the lead being too far from our location. we sincerely apologize

Jazmin txtd me within 5 minutes of my post so i would say she's very very responsive. It was also easy to make arrangements and she was absolutely on time. She had brought all her supplies, but she also brought a hand vaccuum so i'm not sure how well the carpet got cleaned. We also asked for a half bathroom to get cleaned at the last minute, and on reeval, the toilet had the lid down and didnt look any different so im not sure that was included in the additional 20$ she charged. she was very polite though and accomodating.
