All i wanted was my floors to be cleaned well/mopped (its a brand new apartment, but theres just hair and i had a ton of boxes that i removed and wanted a clean slate). I wish i could attach a video of my floors because it looked exactly like it did before and theres still a ton of hair and bits from packages all over. She was nice but did not really clean anything at all and it was a waste of money. I literally had to go buy an entire new bottle of cleaning solution for my mop when the bottle was brand new😭 super disappointing and now i have to re sweep and mop my floors again. The picture was just what i sweeped in 2 seconds
