- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning the details of the job through photos, a message, or a walkthrough if needed. Then we confirm the scope of work, provide an estimate, and go over scheduling. Once approved, we arrive prepared, complete the job professionally, and make sure the customer is satisfied before wrapping up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from hands-on work in cleaning, cleanouts, moving help, junk removal, and property services. We’ve learned how to work efficiently, safely, and professionally while handling different types of homes, apartments, and job conditions. Our training is built on real experience, attention to detail, and customer service.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A recent project we were proud of was a full cleanout and cleanup job where we removed unwanted items, sorted everything carefully, and left the space much cleaner and ready for the next step. The job took about 1 to 2 days, and the customer was happy because we stayed professional, worked efficiently, and made the process stress-free.
