I am very fair and I start at the baseline for beginners
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak to the customer before the initial day of service to layout what they expect from me. I would rather have a clear understanding upfront. It helps to eliminate any future confusion
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m self taught and I’m learning as I’m going. I’m also a critical thinking and problem solver. I always get the job done
