Communication with Silva prior to the cleaning was very efficient and quick. I made sure she knew my expectations of a deep cleaning post renovations and she ensured me that she has done this in the past and will live up to my expectations. She came right on time (in fact, earlier than on time) and got right to work. She was very open to any critique that I may have had for her to redo a few things since I am particular about certain things - she never showed any attitude and was happy to do so. I would give her 9/10 for the work that was provided - only because I am a perfectionist and found a few things post the cleaning but overall I am very happy with her and would recommend her to any person who needs a cleaning.
