- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing may not be the lowest, and we are proud of that. All of our bids come backed by a warranty, as well as information that lets you know we are transparent in our process and provide reliable honest workmanship. You will not be disappointed. Discounts are offered seasonally.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-I pre-screen before the estimate (questions to help me evaluate the job). -Send my estimate along with a proposal packet explaining my workflow processes. -This allows the job communication to run smoothly with limited to no headaches.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-Bachelors in Business Administration. -Paint Foreman for a Large National Paint Company. -Estimator for a Large National Paint Company.
