I had some large, broken down pieces of furniture that needed removed. Brown Demo Responded immediately and after asking me a few questions and getting some photos, we scheduled time for the removal. Roderick contacted me to confirm the appointment the day before and also let me know when he was on the way. Roderick is a real pro who knew just how to take apart the furniture to remove it quickly and efficiently. He even took away some extra pieces that weren’t on the original list. It wasn’t an easy job since two flights of stairs were involved but he did it all with a smile. I appreciate that he took extra care not to damage walls or floors as he removed the items. I highly recommend this company!

The team was QUICK to respond both in the Thumbtack app as well as by calling. They were close to my home and stopped by to give an estimate. Because my debris removal was ready to go they made space in their truck and removed it on the spot. These gentlemen work hard with great care to avoid injury to themselves and to avoid damage to customer’s property. I would chose to work with them again. What a blessing to get this DIY construction debris removed!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Well I have a price list that basically justify each square footage on the pricing also its discounts available for customers in my local area.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Are usually start them off with a 10% discount due to the fact that I want to build a relationship with them if they have more work they will call me just to give a code it’s just all about trying to build a relationship with them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school for business management now I’m running a local junk removal and demolition company.
