Charles and his crew were on time and did a great job moving a very heavy piece of furniture. Great communication and very reasonably priced. They were polite and professional and took great care in moving. Will look for them on all my future needs.

Definitely had a great experience using Charles. The professionalism was great, his responsiveness was fantastic and he and his team did an awesome job removing some junk from my home. From the first instance of contact, he was so communicative and worked with me for a great price. He and his entire staff were so polite, courteous, and kind. They went above and beyond so the level of service far exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend them and will absolutely use them again if I need to in the future. This was my first time using Thumbtack, but if anyone else on here provides services as well as Freeman and Family, this whole application was a genius idea.
