Words cannot express how grateful we are to Keith for his beautiful ceremony in Sacred Valley. My now husband and I were traveling through Peru and had planned on having our wedding ceremony at the peak of the Intihuantana ruins. We had no idea who would be performing our ceremony when we left the states, but trusted that synchronicity would bring us all together somehow. Days before we had planned on being married, we met Keith and graciously agreed to perform our ceremony. The ceremony was beyond anything we could have ever imagined. Keith's choice of words so beautifully reflected our love for another. Not only did Keith help us to create a unique and personalized ceremony, but he also hiked 30 minutes each way to get to the ceremony site and walked me down the isle. We feel so blessed to have met Keith and will be forever grateful to him for his generosity and beautiful ceremony! Thank you Keith for the wedding of a lifetime.

The best class I have attended in a very long time! I appreciated the blend of a regular asana practice one could deepen, with additional poses to strengthen and challenge my practice. This was coupled with his funny, yet calm demeanour and attention to detail, making it a safe and truly transformative class! My only suggestion would be class time consistency (easier to obtain outside the Valley!) I hope he comes back to Pisaq very soon!!

Keith is an amazing Yoga instructor as well as an incredible ecstatic dance coach. He helped me to come out of my body and really experience the beauty of dance without my self-confidence issues. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a free 30-min discover session to discuss what challenges you are experiencing in the relationship, for you to get a feel to see if you like me, and for me to determine if I can help you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm trained in a relationship coaching modality known as "The Deeper Love" developed by spiritual author and coach, Arjuna Ardagh. These tools are designed to bring mindfulness and spirit into your relationship... to view your relationship as a sacred temple that simply needs tending from time to time. Most of my experience comes from my own marriage to my best friend and soul mate, and our work with other couples, doing many retreats that incorporate elements of tantra, spirituality, and loving presence.
