Introduction: I’m Ryan Benjamin Sax, a certified Life and Relationship Coach. In my practice, I use a combination of my skills as a Life Coach who has supported 100+ clients in their personal growth as well as my professional experience as a teacher mentoring students with emotional challenges. I am particularly interested in helping clients who are looking to find their path and grow in their relationships with themselves and others, using the Enneagram self-discovery tool as a guide. I use a strengths based approach with a healthy dose of humor. My clients usually see significant improvements in their self esteem and sense of fulfillment in various dimensions of life. Most clients report a greater ability to make choices as a result of a newfound sense of control over their minds, emotions, bodies, and lives. I am committed to helping you meet your unique needs as a whole individual. I offer free flowing appointments as well as 8 and 12 week programs in which we lay out our work and customize the program based on your needs together. I offer free consultations for any individual who is curious to learn more.
