Ahmad was amazing. the service was swift and knowledgeable. Within 30 minutes of the initial call on a Sunday, at 5pm he was on location to assess the garage lock situation. The issue: old garage lock and the keys would not work. Ahmad explained that due to various things, the lock's cylinders had broken down and the keys would no longer work. He replaced and installed the lock, and gave us a new lock & two new keys. We would definitely recommend this service. Ahmad arrived on time as scheduled. He brought much peace to my day since I locked myself out. He was very professional, kind, understanding and swift to work. From arrival to my front door sitting down his tool bag and opening my door it took all of 47 seconds. I was amazed at how fast and efficient he was. There is value in his work.
