He was fast and efficient! Even though it was a commercial lock part that needed replaced he had it ready and available the first time he came to look at it. It was easy to get him to come out the next day. I think the price is charged was pretty reasonable considering the type of door it is.

I hired this company for a new, initial code lock install. They gave me a rough estimate but on actual inspection informed me that there was metal in the door (which I didn't know about). There was an extra cost due to having to drill thru the metal. Overall responsive and quality work.
