Introduction
I am a licensed professional mental health counselor, board certified art therapist and registered yoga teacher. I am currently able to provide services to Delaware residents. I have been providing therapy and counseling to adults for over three years. I am passionate about what I do because counseling has helped me tremendously and has had a positive impact that will last a lifetime. I specialize in using art therapy, EMDR, and yoga/mindfulness to work with young adults and adults who have experienced anxiety, chronic stress, trauma, and/or are in recovery from addiction.
