- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Blind moves and hourly rates can be stressful, we understand that fully and this is why we provide you with a free estimate that will include the mileage, moving truck, labor, loading-unloading, disassemble & assemble, furniture protection & black shrinkwrap to protect your most valuable pieces! Let us come out face to face or video chat for your consultation. You can also take a picture of your project with a detailed description to further help us give you the best rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will like to discuss the project by phone or by messaging, then we will give you a free face-to-face estimate. We will go over all the detail and your expectations for the project and then we will start the booking process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With a warehouse loading and unloading background, I decided to start my own moving company. I understand how furniture is important so not only wrapping the furniture correctly but also providing black shrink, packing tape, which is included with the rate. That's what we believe makes us stand out from other competitors.
