I had a positive experience with an installation of a trap door for the basement. O’Neal was the person who we kept in contact with and kept me up to date with everything. We appreciated that he listened carefully to what we needed and made sure we got what we asked for.

Great experience! I needed help carrying heavy boxes and furniture down a flight of stairs to a storage unit. Romaine and Shawn were friendly, efficient, careful, and creative problem-solvers when it came to fitting too many items into a small space. The dispatcher I communicated with via text in the app and by phone has a warm and detail-oriented communication style that made the whole experience very pleasant. Overall good value. Note that rates may vary depending on the type of service requested (the hourly rate listed is an average). Payment is by cash or Zelle.

O’Neil and Fabian were meticulous in moving family heirlooms from a uhaul while also helping to solve space challenges we faced. I would hire RAS Hauling again in a minute to help with similar jobs.
