DeShawn communicated well and was responsive to an immediate need. He checked in to make sure I was comfortable with pricing and sent pics when the job was done.

Deshawn did an excellent job on my deck. The entire deck was completely rebuilt. In addition a small privacy fence was installed at the back of deck. All debris was removed from property at completion of job.
His professionalism and attention to detail was commendable.
Their rates are really good in comparison with other companies.

We did negotiate for Saturday but job was started Sunday. Work started was exceptional, however the job has not been finished or followed up on although we stated it would be finished today, Tuesday morning. I did pay the amount that we stated in the beginning and an additional amount was added to the price which confused me because I would be providing the paint after the sanding. We were able to discuss that and agreed additional amount was not needed. Hopefully the job is finished but as of now, I have not been followed up with.

Thank you for sharing your concerns as well as the very prompt review.. You posted this review at 1pm on Tuesday. Ultimately, we got in contact with you and finished the work before we even knew you felt compelled to leave this review. We agreed that we would come on Tuesday to complete the minor task that would only take 30minutes. Your issues were resolved immediately in due process
Also, for clearity. the pictures you’ve posted is from the new work that you added on the day of; not part of the original agreement. Spackle needs time to dry; this is explains the space in the days. We agreed to work with you on Sunday not Saturday. Job was complete Tuesday evening.
Yes, the price I gave you in the beginning changed when you added work/task upon our arrival. We still tally up those labor and material cost (if any) it is then added to the ending bill.
