Tyler Arcaro from Keystone State Notary is outstanding in his profession. He is very knowledgeable in his field, personable, courteous, respectful, honest, and kind. We were especially grateful that he was able to notarize documents on weekends and to come to a nursing facility to do so. The individual requesting the documents was a patient, confined to bed, and could not leave the facility. It was also the only place and time of the week when all individuals and witnesses could gather together.
I would highly recommend Tyler’s services to anyone in need of an excellent Notary.
