Chef James was very personable and engaging throughout the entire experience. It was a little awkward at first to have someone in our home cooking food, for us but James made it very fun and engaging. The food was delicious too of course. The only suggestion I have is to maybe do a little more explanation of the pasta dishes themselves. But there was a lot going on as me and my wife were trying to make the pasta, that it is understandable that he could not do everything.
