What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If we talk on the phone or exchange emails I will try to get information from you which will help me determine if you have a winnable case from the outset. I will not play games or tell you what I think you want to hear. I will simply let you know if I believe we can win.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been handling Personal Injury Claims for 30 years. More recently in my career I have taken a particular interest in handling Slip and Fall claims.
