FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, I offer 30 and 60 minute one on one sessions and packages along with small group training.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have clients fill out a health history, and goal setting questionnaire along with an optional body mass index, weight and body fat % analysis. I also go through different exercise tests that help me gather a better understanding on the clients strengths and weakness which well help me build a strong and effective program for my client. Most importantly I want my client to walk away with a great experience and have them look forward to each session!
