- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on providing quality repairs with a warranty. We use high quality parts for all repairs. Our LCD replacement screens come with a lifetime warranty. We never use less quality parts to lower our prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) We ask our customers to complete a repair assessment form to gather some basic information. 2) Upon completion, we call or text customers to schedule the repair, discuss location to perform the repair and the cost. 3)We send a text reminder for the appointment. 4) Finally, the repair is performed at an agreed upon location. 6) The customer evaluates their repaired device and provide payment for the service performed. We do not try to upsell with add-ons.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Technicans are certified Mobile Phone Repair Technicans. We attend regular updated training mostly online from Apple Certified Trainers.
