FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are among the few, far-between businesses that thrive on helping entrepreneurs, small- to midsize-businesses, and nonprofit organizations pay us what they feel our time, expertise, and results are worth. While we do have some services with fixed hourly or project rates, most of our services are based on conversations with each relationship we foster during consultation. Of course, we reserve the right to turn away business if it does not fit our business model and overall beliefs and philosophy. That's how we manage to work with relationships who really need our services and who will benefit the most from our strong work ethic and devotion to premier service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
To maintain our edge on such business services as business planning, marketing strategy, and accounting, we enroll in online classes, engage with other professionals in the field, and study trends that effect how we provide these services to our relationships. Our creative brain stays sharp with online tutorials, constant experimentation, and periodic studies at the local art college. We are always engaged in or on the lookout for classes in graphic design, street photography, and other topics that enhance our offerings to relationships. We also blog as often as possible and teach classes, from which we learn as much from our students as we pass on to them.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Photography and communications continue a history of creative energy in the family, and our business services - marketing, planning, and accounting - are an extension of our abilities to analyze and critique information almost as quickly as it reaches us. It's our gift, and we put it to use in business to benefit others who need exactly these kinds of help.
