A little about my background:
I am a professional jazz and gospel drummer in the Philadelphia music scene with a degree from the University of North Texas in jazz performance drum set. I won the national TAW competition playing with U-TUBES ensemble in 2017. Many of my students have gone on to attend collegiate music programs and I regularly give clinics at local community colleges and universities. My students describe me as having an enthusiastic attitude that inspires a love of music. I have a huge heart for teaching and connecting with my students on an individual level.
I look forward to meeting you or your child!

I love lessons with Sean! Sean is always upbeat and fun to work with, really knows his stuff, and has tremendous passion for drums, jazz, and teaching. I am a musician myself but a classical one, and I love the way Sean explains drum technique and jazz in a way that meets my beginner drum technique as well as classical training. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a teacher, whether a newbie or experienced!

My daughter has been taking piano lessons from Sean going on for 3 years. We started in person and now we are remote. He is so patient and so encouraging. He really is exceptional at teaching. He allows my daughter the guidance, knowledge and creativity that she needs. She looks forward to her lesson every week. He definitely inspires her to be a better musician and to focus and be patient. She decided a few months ago to start the drums and now she does both. He is equally as good at drums. We highly recommend working with Sean!

Sean is able to give very clear feedback and musical exercises that address where my playing level is and also makes lessons enjoyable as he himself is a highly inspired and creative individual. I like that he holds me accountable in a way that is accessible with my schedule. Thanks Sean👍
