Seamus O. Kane came to my home on time but as I was beginning to show him my plastering issues, he looked at his phone and mentioned that he was to be meeting with someone else . He stayed to see all of the areas needing repair but quickly left saying he would provide a bid in 1-2 days. He was at my home no longer than 10 minutes and took no pictures. It is now day four and he has not submitted a bid. He has been utterly unprofessional.
