- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As an artist, continuing education is never-ending. I stay up-to-date of what the industry is doing at any given time.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It's more like photography and film found me. I've been a graphic designer and a group fitness instructor for years. As I was designing graphics, videos and ads for my classes, I realized I was more passionate about the designs than what the actual ads were promoting. Soon after I took photography courses and have been intoxicated by the craft since. I still help people to look beautiful, it just takes a lot less time now :)
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently did a session with a friend I hadn't seen in a long time. She and I were both trainers at the same gym years ago. It was great to see her, and even greater to have SUCH a good shoot with her. We took sooo many amazing images in a short span of time that it blows my mind. These are the moments I live for. Truly PRICELESS. ...Truly.
