- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base prices are outlined on my website, but most of my clients come with a budget, and I find solutions for them within their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to communicate via text/email, but a phone call is preferable, that way I can get to know the person I’m working with on a more personal level. This will help answer any questions and give me the best ideas on solutions for a session/project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Self-taught and shadowing for over 7 years. Additional education at Howard university.
