- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?NO Hidden Fees, We try to be up front and honest. We provide more services than the fees charged. Discounts are given if we manage 10 or more of your units. That was not an error, 10 or more units not properties qualify for a discounted rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?.,Initial phone consultation starts the process and then we schedule to come out and do a walk through of the property. If the unit is occupied the process is the same and we actually love to take that time to meet tenants face to face. We believe that building relationships not only with our owner but with our tenants is of the upmost importance.
