When I hired Prosperity a few months ago I was regularly having an issue with my tenant every time rent was due. Since they took over managing the property, I haven't had to deal with the hassle since. I don’t know what they do or how they do it , but they fixed the one thing that was bothering me for months.

If you want to sit back and be free of your tenant stress, then Prosperity is the right choice. I have used them for a couple years now and they are just incredible. Their team is there for you whenever you need them. They are very diligent when it comes to choosing tenants. Since hiring them to manage my property, I have not had a problem with either of my tenants and the great thing is the tenants are also happy with this company too.

This company is by far the best at managing the property. I own a 40+ units appartment building in N 65 Street in Philly. Because of their tenant screening process I have the best tenants I could ever ask. Their contractors are simply the best at what they do, fast, reliable and good pricing.

No standard pricing system. We quote based on the projected workload of each situation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we have a phone call where I get to know the clients situation, experience level and needs. Every client is different so we cater to each one based on their own wants and needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in investing, prop management and real estate in general since 2014. I have a brokers license and have had literally 100's of hours of education through out the years. Always striving to learn more and improve.
