- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a fixed percentage of the income we are able to help you generate. We don't get paid until you get paid! The fixed percentage rate will be determined by multiple facets such as property size, location, and amount of properties to be managed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We understand that every owner and situation is unique, and thus requires an individualistic approach when starting or growing a short term rental business. This is why we do not offer cookie cutter package. However, here are some of the services we provide to our clients based on need alongside full 100% management: - Full service automation - Interior design/staging - Listing creation/publishing - Custom pricing plan - Cleaning staff management - Claim filing
