- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our listing and property management fees as well as our broker fees are reasonable and very competitive and a great value for the years of experience you'll gain to represent you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we meet to discuss your needs, this can be done via zoom, in person or over the phone. Second you are paired with a highly qualified agent or broker who will devise a plan of action and execute those tasks with precision. Your representative will guide you from the initiation phases to the close of the goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As REALTORS, Our office conducts business that is based on the Preamble to the Code of Ethics. Everything we do is done with your best interest in mind. We offer 15 years of Finance and Accounting knowledge in addition to experience in real estate sales & consulting. We are Certified Relocation Professionals (CRP) and have the connections to move you anywhere in the world!
