- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
*Pricing calculated as a percentage of gross revenue. Student Housing -> 14% to 10% Single Family Units -> 11% to 8% Multi-Family Units -> 8% to 6% Condo Units -> 6% to 5% Commercial Properties -> 6% to 5%
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact the customer and do an onsite visit to access what aspect of our management services would be the best fit for our clients. We also have an online form available for any client that would like to expedite the process and is looking for a quick turn around time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are experienced Real Estate investors, ranging from small to large scale rehabilitation projects. We also manage these investments on an ongoing basis. From an education point of view I have an undergraduate degree in Real Estate and Finance, as well as a Masters In Business Administration. My business partner has Law degree as well as a Masters of Business Administration.
