- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is better for me to see the work, so I can give a fair an accurate price. I'm just being honest here.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well it's like I said, I try to explain what is going on and tell them what they can expect to get. I don't like selling someone something they don't need. I treat customers the way I want to be treated when I need someone s services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from trade school back in 1987 .I graduated second in my class of 90.
