Vitali from Jefferson was great. He responded to my request almost immediately, and was able to come out to take a look at my door within a couple of hours. He immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem, and gave me great advice for next steps. Pricing was fair. I highly recommend this company and Vitali to anyone.

Ben showed up right on time. Our back door would stick and the dead bolt no longer worked.
He diagnosed the problem and took the least invasive approach to solving it — planing the door frame rather than the door itself. He then replaced the door knob.
We now have a functional door at a reasonable price. I would definitely call Jefferson again if I have another door problem!
