- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with our client's budget and base our pricing based on their project scope. We make sure to understand the need and then make an assessment of what we can do for our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a free consultation call where we identify their needs and then create a written plan for them so that we can show them exactly what we will be doing for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Amaury Abreu, our founder and CEO has a bachelors degree in digital communications from Millersville University and he also has a team of qualified individuals who he works with on a project basis depending on the scope of the work needed.
