Damian was very professional, patient, and went the extra mile to make sure I had all I needed and more. I contacted him because I needed help with my network setup for my new computer. He determined that the box my phone company sent me the wrong box and that's why yh thee service was taking longer than usual to connect.. He got the right box and my service started immediately. He also helped me download my Microsoft Office, customized my computer display, and took a look at my old computer to determine if and how I could improve its performance. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and confidently. I will continue to turn to him for all of my technology needs and refer him to others. He will be updating my old computer very soon.
